Orlando Credit Union

As part of a project to redesign the Orlando Credit Union website, I led many of the decisions related to the site’s organizational structure. I wrote and revised the majority of the site’s pages and had a significant influence over the page layouts. While the client has made updates to the site in the time since launch, most of my work remains intact.

MedStar Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

MedStar Health needed a new website for their Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery department. I took the lead on writing content for the website and assisted with the information architecture.

CHI Franciscan

CHI Franciscan needed an overhaul of their site’s cancer section and I wrote/rewrote all of the pages.

Kitsap Credit Union

I conducted an audit of Kitsap Credit Union’s website and provided a summary of findings and recommendations. Then, I rewrote and provided UX recommendations for many of their webpages.
