A selection of campaigns revolving around emails that I wrote for Bluespire’s clientele.

TriHealth

As part of a primary care campaign targeting people who had recently moved to the area, we would be creating postcards that would guide these prospective patients to a microsite. In addition to providing information about TriHealth’s primary care services, the microsite asked users to enter an email in order to receive a downloadable guide with helpful health information. In addition to writing the postcard, landing page and guide, I also wrote the emails that users would receive after providing their address.


Nationwide Children’s Hospital

Nationwide Children’s Hospital had noticed that about 50% of patients taking their bariatrics assessment stated they had depression. As a result, I was to conduct an in-depth audit on the bariatric and mental health sections of Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s website. Recommendations were provided in the form of a PowerPoint and showed how Nationwide Children’s could improve the patient and parent experience when considering how obesity and mental health conditions often coexist. I also created an email campaign for bariatric patients consisting of two tracks: one for those with depression and one for those with an eating disorder.
